Got the chance to test it over the last 2 days. Worked fine, until this morning. Removing the garbage collection was probably a good idea, as it doesn't make the RAM usage go up very much at all. But... this morning, I found it eating as much CPU as it could again. I didn't have time to troubleshoot...

And with two different versions of the .net framework above 4.5. 4.6.2 (you) and 4.8 (me) to recount, this happens on idle for long periods of time (hours or days). In my case, i'm using .net 4.8 which is part of Windows 10 features (Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn Windows features on/off) The download in that link just tells me a newer version is installed.

I've recently rebooted my machine a few different times for updates, and restarted P2R on he last boot, which was less than 24 hours ago.
