Help - It's possible to cast a Windows Notification to Nest Mini?

Hi!
I'm on in home office, and in my work we used Whatsapp for communication.
Can I setup this scenario above?

My Whataspp is linked on my PC (using standalone Web Whatsapp [Windows 10/Store] or using a web.whatsapp.com instead);
Using Push2Run + Cast, I wanted all Whatsapp notifications from Whatsapp Web to casting to my Google Nest Mini with custom message ("Hello, you're have a new message from your work"). It's possible?
I know Windows 10 have a Notification Hub, maybe its possible to Push2Run + Cast read (all or specific notifications) and casting to my Nest Mini?

you could do this if IFTTT was triggered by whatsapp - but I just checked and it is not.
