A Viewer for Windows version 1.2 has been released, with this release:
- enabled the controls to be actioned when clicked upon and the window was inactive
- corrected startup location and length of A Ruler for Windows
- added a button to visit the A Ruler for Windows website to download a copy of that program if it is not installed but its use is being requested
- hide ar4w when displaying help
- updated help
