Push2Run v2.0 and Cast v1.1 now released

Push2Run v2.0 updates:
added a filter feature on the Main window, this to help you find the Push2Run card you want much faster - especially if you have a large collection of Push2Run cards
added 'copy to clipboard' button to Session Log Window
improved confirming program locations for special programs
Cast v1.1 updates:
locate device now given three seconds (instead of two) to provide a better chance all devices will be inventoried
added a debug switch
