Cast version 1.2 is now available

This latest version adds a -background switch which allows the program to exit right after the text, file or url has been cast (i.e. it allows the program to exit while the sound or video is played, without waiting for the sound or video to finish playing).
Version 1.2 also corrects a bug which prevented file names containing spaces to be cast.
