Can you please post the contents of your session log, as far as I am aware no one else is having this issue.
Also, for the short period of running a test, and with nothing else running at the time - you might want to see if turning off your firewall helps as it may be getting in the way?
Also, what version of Windows are you using?

Two things to try:
1. can you access this webpage: https://stream.pushbullet.com/
2. please make sure your Pushbullet Access Token is correctly copied from your Pushbullet settings page to the Push2Run Options window for Pushbullet.
